[Technical Introduction] Narligress Processing
No cracks occur, and it won't break even under torque! Let us introduce our technology.
In conventional knurled insert parts, cracks can occur a few years after molding, leading to a decrease in torque, chipping, or falling out. The cause is that the molten material does not evenly flow over the peaks and valleys of the knurling, resulting in the formation of voids, gas accumulation, and degradation, which can lead to breakage when torque is applied. With our "Narligress Processing," the adhesion between the molded part and the insert is uniform, allowing the molten material to flow consistently, preventing the formation of voids. As a result, there is no gas retention or degradation, preventing cracks from occurring, and ensuring that the part does not break even when torque is applied. 【Features】 ■ Uniform adhesion between the molded part and the insert ■ No cracks occur, and the part does not break under torque ■ Consistent perpendicularity between the insert part and the molded product ■ Helps reduce troubles during automatic insertion ■ Also adopted for automotive electrical components *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
